Die Zahl der jüdischen Einwohner ging seitder Mitte des 19.JahrhundertsdurchAb- und Auswanderung so stark zurück, sodass die Gemeinde bereits in den 1920er-Jahren aufgelöst werden musste.Die in Kirrweilernoch lebendenJuden(1928 noch 16) wurden der Gemeinde in Venningen zugeteilt.
